Creation Technologies in Denver, CO is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead the people strategy for one of our most dynamic and innovative sites. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you’ll partner directly with the leadership team to shape culture, drive talent initiatives, and help power the growth of our business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: 

  • Lead site-level HR strategy and delivery to align people practices with business objectives.
  • Manage all core HR processes, including workforce planning, performance management, and leadership development, to drive talent effectiveness and organizational performance.
  • Oversee complex employee relations matters and conduct investigations to ensure fair and consistent resolution.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and guide data-driven decision-making.
  • Work with cross-functional or multi-site teams to build and collaborate on HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement enterprise-wide HR programs tailored to local site needs.
  • Direct internal HR communications, engagement initiatives, and cultural activities to foster a connected and inclusive workplace.
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal policies to mitigate risk and maintain compliance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience. Human Resources certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP) is desirable.
  • Experience: 5+ years of HR experience with experience in business partnership and team leadership.

Skills Required:

  • Employment law expertise: Deep knowledge of employment legislation and ability to ensure full compliance with HR practices.
  • Labor relations proficiency: Experienced in managing labor relations, resolving disputes, and fostering positive workplace environments.
  • Employee engagement: Skilled in developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee motivation and retention.
  • Talent management: Strong capability in talent acquisition, development, and performance to support business growth.
  • Influence and Collaboration: Skilled at working in uncertain environments with limited guidance, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.

In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $125k-$135k USD annually. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a range of benefits. Please note that this salary range is not guaranteed, and the final offer may vary based on experience, education, location, and shift. Additionally, the benefits and programs available may differ depending on the hire date, schedule type, and hours worked.
