Coordinate end-to-end quoting for Aerospace & Defense ITAR projects: analyze drawings and BOMs, validate material and labor costs, format BOMs, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, ensure ITAR compliance, and deliver accurate, competitive quotes on time.

Leads DFM and DFA analysis for complex PCB assemblies, using Siemens Valor and related tools to assess manufacturability, develop IPC-aligned design rules, and resolve production concerns. Designs high-density multilayer PCB layouts from schematics using Altium or equivalent tools, creating stack-ups, routing, libraries, and manufacturing deliverables. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, customers, and suppliers while driving PCB standards, continuous improvement, and production readiness.

Coordinate end-to-end quoting for Interconnect, Wire & Cable: analyze drawings/BOMs, validate material and labor costs, format BOMs, collaborate with engineering and supply chain, manage supplier interactions, ensure ITAR/commercial compliance, and deliver accurate, timely proposals.

Leads regional and local supplier performance management, shortage escalations, recovery plans, audits, corrective actions, and supplier development. Coordinates cross-functional teams to resolve delivery, quality, capacity, and responsiveness issues. Communicates supplier risks and recovery status to leadership, customers, and suppliers while aligning regional processes with global commodity management strategy. Requires extensive supplier-site travel, with travel expected to exceed 50%.

Lead complex new product introduction programs from initiation through manufacturing launch. Develop launch strategies, schedules, cost estimates, and risk mitigation plans; coordinate cross-functional engineering, supply chain, quality, operations, and customer activities; facilitate stage-gate reviews; manage customer communications and executive reporting; track KPIs; improve NPI processes; and mentor project management team members. The role supports electronics manufacturing, with aerospace and defense experience strongly preferred.

Lead EDI architecture and implementation using Oracle and Cleo platforms. Design scalable B2B integrations, manage communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, API), create EDI maps (X12, EDIFACT), onboard trading partners, integrate with ERPs, optimize processes, lead UAT, and provide Tier 3 support and mentorship.
