Trusted by hundreds of enterprise organizations, CloudShare enables customers to deliver demos, training, POCs, onboarding, and certifications through secure, scalable virtual environments.

We are looking for an energetic, people-first Human Resources Generalist who loves building great workplaces and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable solving HR challenges, optimizing systems, supporting leaders, and jumping in wherever needed to help the business succeed.

The ideal candidate is a true doer, someone who brings enthusiasm to work every day, takes initiative without waiting to be asked, and enjoys finding better ways to get things done. You're naturally curious, eager to learn, and excited to grow alongside a fast-paced organization. Whether you're leading a benefits initiative, implementing new HR technology, recruiting top talent, planning employee events, or ensuring compliance, you take ownership and follow through.

As our HR Generalist, you'll oversee employee benefits, manage and optimize our ADP PEO, support compensation and bonus programs, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and lead key HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and annual compensation reviews. Most importantly, you'll help set the tone for our culture – creating an engaging, supportive workplace where employees feel valued, connected, and empowered to do their best work.

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, life events, open enrollment, vendor management, payroll reconciliations, and employee communications.
  • Lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR systems (ADP TotalSource/HRIS), ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and efficient HR processes.
  • Manage compensation programs, including salary reviews, market benchmarking, bonus administration, compensation analysis, and reporting for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws by maintaining HR policies, employee documentation, handbook updates, audits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers by providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and organizational best practices.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, internal communications, and company events while helping foster a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, workplace services, and administrative initiatives to ensure an efficient and engaging office environment.
  • Develop and improve scalable HR programs, processes, and workflows that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics, compensation data, and workforce reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3- 6 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience.
  • Strong experience administering employee benefits.
  • Hands-on experience managing ADP Totalsource or comparable HRIS platforms.
  • Working knowledge of federal employment laws and Colorado labor regulations.
  • Experience supporting compensation reviews and market benchmarking.
  • Demonstrated success managing employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
