VIVO Infusion – Human Resources Coordinator

Vivo Infusion is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and employee experience initiatives.
This role serves as a key point of contact for candidates, new hires, employees, and business partners throughout the employee lifecycle. The Human Resources Coordinator will play an important role in ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience while supporting critical HR processes and maintaining operational excellence across the organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual takes ownership of responsibilities, proactively solves problems, communicates effectively, and enjoys working with people while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. A demonstrated ability to achieve goals, meet deadlines, monitor outcomes, and continuously improve processes is essential. The ability to anticipate business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions is highly desirable.
This is a hybrid position expected to report onsite at the Lakewood, CO office 3 days a week.
Compensation:
- $58,000 - $65,000 per year
- Bonus Plan Target: 5% Annually (Based on performance)

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: 1726 Cole Blvd. Ste. 250 Lakewood, CO 80401
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support
- Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ClearCompany.
- Coordinates job posting activities and handles ongoing requests related to postings from Hiring Leaders.
- Ensures job descriptions and job postings remain current, accurate, and aligned with business needs.
- Maintain recruiting workflows and candidate records within the ATS.
- Assist the HR team in meeting recruiting and hiring performance goals.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Coordinate all pre-employment activities, including:
- Offer Letter generation and communication
- Background checks
- Drug screenings
- I-9 and E-Verify
- New hire paperwork
- Name badge creation
- Employee file creation
- Coordinate post-hire onboarding activities within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Paylocity.
- Facilitate and host new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and onboarding-related communications.
- Administer and monitor new hire 30-day and 60-day manager new hire check-in surveys.
- Serve as a positive ambassador of Vivo Infusion's culture and values throughout the candidate and onboarding experience.
Offboarding & Employee Transitions
- Coordinate and support employee offboarding and transition activities, including:
- Conduct and document exit interviews.
- Prepare turnover reporting and support retention-related analysis.
- Process employee status changes and termination activities within Paylocity.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of separation activities.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Ensure proper employee lifecycle documentation filing and record retention practices.
- Monitor assigned workflows and activities to ensure deadlines and established performance goals are met.
- Manage HR system workflows and employee data updates.
- Assist employees with HR-related questions and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
HR Programs & Projects
- Support annual Open Enrollment activities.
- Assist with employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Help coordinate the performance review process.
- Support employee referral program administration.
- Participate in HR and cross-functional projects as assigned.
- Assist with payroll-related activities as needed and serve as backup support to the Payroll team.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Professional certifications such as aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, or related experience preferred.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) required.
- Experience coordinating recruiting, onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, or related HR processes.
- Experience reviewing and navigating background screening reports and pre-employment screening processes preferred.
- Experience creating and managing forms and documents using Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign or similar tools preferred.
- Experience supporting benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, performance review processes, or payroll activities is a plus.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required.
