JOB PURPOSE

As the HR Administrator, you'll ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of HR operations by managing the systems, processes, and data that support employees, managers, and the organization. This includes administering time, attendance, leaves, benefits, compensation, and payroll; managing HR technology platforms and related workflows; maintaining employee records; and generating HR reporting and analytics.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer time, attendance, leaves, benefits, compensation, and payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Manage HR technology platforms, including the HRIS, intranet, and related systems, workflows, integrations, security roles, and employee self-service tools.

Maintain accurate and complete employee records and data, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable policies and laws.

Generate, analyze, and distribute HR, payroll, benefits, compensation, compliance, and workforce reports to support operational and strategic business decisions.

Monitor and audit HR data, transactions, and processes to identify discrepancies, ensure compliance, and improve data quality.

Serve as a primary resource for employees and managers regarding payroll, timekeeping, leave, benefits, HR systems, and related processes.

Develop, document, maintain, and improve HR operational processes, procedures, workflows, and system configurations to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Support HR compliance activities, audits, reporting requirements, benefit plan administration, and other operational initiatives.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency through the effective use of technology and data analytics.

Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to support HR operations and resolve system, payroll, benefits, and data-related issues.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

2-5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, HRIS, and benefits administration, or a related role.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Knowledge of and experience administering and managing employee data, time, attendance, leaves, benefits, compensation, and payroll, including related policies, programs, practices, and systems.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and business information.

Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to identify and implement process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience utilizing HR/payroll systems to administer HR operations, maintain data integrity, manage employee records, and support business processes.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications, including reporting, data analysis, and trend identification.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, CEBS, or similar).

Experience creating dashboards, workforce analytics, and HR reporting.

Experience supporting HR system implementations, enhancements, or process automation initiatives.

Experience in a professional services organization.
