Job Summary

The Talent Management Partner II supports the execution of employee and leadership development programs by managing program operations, logistics, and process improvements. This role partners closely with program owners to translate program design into efficient, scalable processes and ensure a seamless experience for participants. Responsibilities include coordinating program logistics, managing vendors, tracking program metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and overall program effectiveness.

  • Support and improve program operations and processes for talent development initiatives
  • Coordinate program logistics and communications with employees and vendors
  • Track and analyze program metrics and effectiveness
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and experience
  • Manage event coordination and program delivery logistics

Skills and Background You’ll Need

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in talent management, human resources, or program management

  • Experience in customer service, event coordination, operations, office administration, or project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate diverse activities to meet deadlines
  • Strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

$66,000.00 - $96,250.00
