Manage and grow an employee benefits territory in Colorado, serving as liaison between producers, customers, and the company. Drive sales quotas using company resources, develop product knowledge and broker relationships, and travel 2–3 days per week within the territory. Must have prior employee benefits sales experience and established broker relationships.

Designs, delivers, and manages learning programs for national accounts; partners with business leaders to assess needs, develop training content, and measure learning outcomes. Ensures compliance with company policies and supports employee development initiatives to improve performance and customer service.

Actuary to develop and maintain Retirement Plan projection models (GGY AXIS), support recurring projections, ad-hoc and what-if analyses, new business model development, and projection-based risk and profitability analyses (ALM, CFT). Partner with stakeholders, ensure model governance/testing/documentation, and communicate actuarial insights to product, finance, risk, and senior leadership to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Perform custom pricing and analysis for elective voluntary benefits (accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, disability, life). Lead large-case pricing strategy, support product development, collaborate with underwriting, sales, compliance, and finance, and drive projects to improve pricing accuracy, competitiveness, efficiency, and process improvements.
