Influence decision-making, mentor junior analysts, and translate business goals into actionable financial objectives to optimize resources and business outcomes.

Build, enhance, and own actuarial AXIS models for VM-22 valuation; design model improvements, ensure model governance, partner with valuation/pricing/FP&A/investments, analyze outputs, and stay current on VM-22 regulatory developments.

Designs, delivers, and manages learning programs for national accounts; partners with business leaders to assess needs, develop training content, and measure learning outcomes. Ensures compliance with company policies and supports employee development initiatives to improve performance and customer service.
