Are you ready to be at the heart of our HR and Safety operations? As a HR & Safety Assistant, you'll ensure the smooth coordination of human resources activities and uphold workplace safety standards. Bring your organizational skills and attention to detail to a role where your contributions will directly support our commitment to employee well-being and compliance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a HR & Safety Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential employee training records, assisting with HR inquiries, and supporting engagement activities and events. You will also manage safety documentation, track training and certifications, and assist in preparing safety communications to ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Your role is crucial in promoting a positive safety culture and fostering an organized workplace environment.


This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $20.00-$23.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Authorized to work in the United States of America.
  • Proficient in the English language.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, safety, administration, or a related environment preferred.
  • First Aid/CPR AED, OSHA, or other safety-related training or certifications.
