JOB DESCRIPTION:

The HR Operations Specialist supports the employee lifecycle by maintaining accurate HR data, improving key processes, and resolving employee and system needs by taking initiative and problem solving.

About the Role
  • Support People Ops initiatives—across onboarding, internal mobility, payroll, performance management, benefits open enrollment, and offboarding.

  • Support the maintenance and optimization of HRIS software to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.

  • Monitor HR Case queues and dashboard views to ensure timely action ensuring resolution against at-risk or breach of SLAs.

  • Provide training and support to HR staff and employees in HR systems usage and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

  • Research and correctly resolve data input discrepancies or missing data when requested.

  • Gather, track and compile data for required HR or Operations metrics reporting (headcount, time blocks, turnover, employee information, etc.); distribute to appropriate personnel promptly.

  • Configures Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) for efficient data transfer. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday EIB.

  • Understand Workday business processes and execute EIB loads as per approved configuration workbooks.

  • Handle EIB load volumes through ServiceNow ticket management, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Be a part of various projects to enhance employee experience; provide testing support as required.

About You

  • Proficient with HRIS, Workday, and MS Office Suite

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Familiarity with HR procedures and policies

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases

  • Support HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements

Qualifications
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience within a human resources environment; experience with HCM systems such as Workday is highly preferred.

  • Extremely process-oriented and have proven examples of effective project management in the HR space with associated metrics.

  • Highly analytical and can understand and dissect data and use it to inform actions and processes.

  • Ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement: A keen eye for streamlining processes and a willingness to explore innovative solutions are important.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

$56,100.00 - $100,300.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
