Position Summary
The HR Lead will own the day-to-day HR function end-to-end for approximately 90 –100 employees on a global scale. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a consistent employee experience, ensuring strong compliance foundations, administering benefits, and implementing scalable performance and engagement systems as the company grows.
This role partners closely with leadership and serves as the primary point of contact for all HR operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Serve as primary HR contact for employee support and guidance
- Own onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring consistency and compliance
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR policies
- Standardize and continuously improve HR processes
Compliance & Risk Management
- Own HR compliance across federal, state, and local requirements
- Manage documentation, audits, and required reporting through Rippling
- Partner with leadership and legal counsel as needed on employee relations matters
- Ensure consistent handling of employee issues and investigations
Benefits Administration
- Administer company benefits programs and serve as employee resource
- Improve benefits communication and enrollment processes
- Partner with brokers/vendors to optimize plans and cost efficiency
Performance & Manager Enablement
- Build and manage lightweight performance management cadence
- Increase adoption of goal-setting and performance tracking tools (Rippling)
Engagement & Culture
- Implement and leverage employee engagement measurement
- Drive recognition programs and internal communication cadence
- Support culture initiatives aligned with company values
HR Systems & Reporting
- Own HRIS administration (Rippling)
- Provide monthly People metrics update to leadership (wins, risks, decisions needed)
- Track HR operational metrics and recommend improvements
Success Metrics
- Ownership of onboarding processes
- Ownership of offboarding processes
- Ownership of salary updates (raises, promotions, comp changes in system)
- Improved employee response time and HR clarity
- Increased adoption of performance tools
- Engagement trend improvement over time
- Reduced executive time spent on HR escalations
Benefits
This role is required to be onsite in our Lakewood office 2–3 days per week.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
