Compensation: $68,000 – $76,000 annually

What You’ll Do
As an HR Generalist, you will serve as a key partner to employees and leaders across the organization while supporting a broad range of HR functions, including:
- Employee relations and performance management support
- Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Benefits administration assistance
- HR policy guidance and compliance support
- Employee training coordination
- HRIS and employee record management
- Assisting managers with employee questions, coaching, and HR processes
This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of Human Resources while making a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
- 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for project management, including planning and executing employee events and initiatives from idea to execution
- Professionalism, discretion, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, and onboarding preferred
