Location: Corporate Office, 7450 Campus Dr, Suite 200, Colorado Springs, CO 80920

Compensation: $68,000 – $76,000 annually

What You’ll Do

As an HR Generalist, you will serve as a key partner to employees and leaders across the organization while supporting a broad range of HR functions, including:

  • Employee relations and performance management support
  • Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
  • Benefits administration assistance
  • HR policy guidance and compliance support
  • Employee training coordination
  • HRIS and employee record management
  • Assisting managers with employee questions, coaching, and HR processes

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of Human Resources while making a meaningful impact on the employee experience.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for project management, including planning and executing employee events and initiatives from idea to execution
  • Professionalism, discretion, and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, and onboarding preferred
