HR Generalist

Location: Remote (Company HQ: Charlotte, NC)
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: People & Culture
Reports to:
Head of Human Resources

About Us

We’re a fast-scaling, globally distributed cybersecurity startup on a mission to build secure, resilient infrastructure for the modern world. Our teams work across continents, our clients operate globally, and our culture is built around autonomy, transparency, and deep technical curiosity.

We’re 100% remote, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, and supported by world-class partners globally. We're early enough for your work to shape the company—but established enough to offer stability, structure, and meaningful ownership.

About the Role

We’re hiring an enthusiastic HR Generalist to support our people operations globally. You’ll be the engine behind employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, compliance through our PEO's, and building culture in a fully remote, international environment.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role ideal for someone excited to build systems, not just maintain them—and to grow with the company as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as an operational HR partner across the organization.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding/ offboarding across multiple countries.
  • Administer U.S. and international benefits.
  • Collaborate with our global PEO providers to manage payroll, compliance, and employment matters.
  • Develop people policies, handbooks, and internal guidance to support rapid growth.
  • Support performance management and provide coaching to leaders and team members.
  • Drive initiatives around engagement, inclusion, and culture in a remote-first setting.
  • Stay current with U.S. and international labor laws to ensure compliant operations.
  • Support our team in a prompt, reliable, supportive, kind and transparent manner - always.

What You'll Bring

  • HR Generalist experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
  • Proven success in HR role with global and remote teams.
  • Hands-on experience with HR platforms.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and ability to thrive with autonomy.
  • Comfort working across time zones, cultures, and remote communication styles.
  • A positive can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn and get things done promptly and accurately.

What We Offer

  •  Unlimited PTO & flexible work hours
  •  Fully remote team, global-first culture
  •  Competitive compensation + performance bonus
  •  Company equity — own a piece of what you help build
  •  Full medical, dental, and vision coverage + a range of extended benefits
  •  Fidelity 401(k) with company match
  •  A culture of autonomy, transparency, and continuous learning
