In this critically important role that directly supports the growth of Ensemble, the HR Generalist will provide hands-on HR support for all new and existing customer related associate integrations and M&A activity. This role will serve as an advisor, solution developer, facilitator, and execution arm in HR’s overall role in transitioning new associates successfully into Ensemble.

Job Responsibilities:

  • In connection with new clients, partner with operational leaders to understand and assess staffing requirements and expectations based on the needs of the business. [Workforce Planning]
  • Collaborate with Company leaders to ensure incoming associates are mapped to appropriate jobs within the Ensemble operational model. [Workforce Planning]
  • Support and collaborate with various HR functions to understand the “current state” benefits, compensation, work location, and other key employment information of transitioning associates to identify coverage, program, and practice gaps (and related cost, associate relations, and administrative implications) compared to Ensemble’s offerings; assist in the formulation of recommendations to address applicable gaps.   • Ensure regular and clear communication avenues are available to incoming associates.  [HR Communication]
  • Plan and coordinate various onboarding events to help enable a welcoming and informative experience for transitioning associates. [Onboarding]
  • Communicate and present effectively to transitioning associates, HR, Operations, Clients, and other key stakeholders to support transparent communication throughout the integration process; support and participate in regular HR integration updates; communicate HR initiatives and expectations.  [HR Communication]
  • Participate in the analysis and interpretation of data about integrated associates and their roles (e.g., engagement, talent acquisition metrics, productivity, patient experience, turnover, etc.) so that it can be operationalized appropriately to support Ensemble cross functional decision making and actions.   • Maintain clear line of site of all data related to transitioning associates while ensuring it is effectively loaded into our HRIS system. [HR Data Management]
  • Partner with and serve as a resource to associates, management and Human Resources staff to promote and maintain positive associate relations with transitioning associates.  [Associate Relations]
  • Proactively identify, manage and facilitate the equitable resolution of work-related complaints and concerns. [Associate Relations]
  • Some travel is required
     

Experience We Love:

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, VLOOKUP's and pivot table
  • Experience with Workday HRIS
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience, Human Resources preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of previous experience in HR
