About the Role

We’re seeking a leader with deep expertise in trade show and virtual event strategy and execution, combined with a strong grasp of B2B marketing best practices. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating impactful in-person and virtual experiences that drive pipeline, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and lead Dandy’s North American trade show and sponsorship strategy, selecting and prioritizing opportunities that maximize pipeline impact, onsite engagement, and brand visibility.

  • Build and optimize scalable processes for vendor management, booth design, logistics, and staffing, ensuring flawless execution across the North American trade show program.

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership to align on event goals, deliver training programs, and prepare onsite teams for successful customer and prospect engagement.

  • Define ROI metrics and reporting standards for all events, leveraging data and insights to optimize future investments and continuously raise impact.

  • Ensure every trade show and sponsorship reinforces Dandy’s brand promise, differentiates us from competitors, and supports long-term business growth.

  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of virtual events and webinars, working cross functionally on the content and managing audience engagement and performance analysis.

  • Own an events budget and negotiate sponsorship contracts that deliver cost efficiency and premium quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B event marketing

  • Proven success planning and managing trade shows and field events

  • Exceptional project management skills - highly organized, detail focused and results-driven with the ability to thrive while working on multiple projects at once

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Overall track record of professional and academic success

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
