The HR and Office Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department while also managing general office operations. This role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of HR processes, employee support, and office administration. The HR and Office Assistant is often the first point of contact for employees, managers, and visitors, supporting HR, payroll, benefits, and general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HRIS database.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
