Job Overview

Docketly is seeking a high-energy, metrics-driven High-Volume Recruiter & Talent Prospector to rapidly identify, engage, and onboard qualified attorneys across the United States.

This role focuses heavily on pipeline generation, outbound sourcing, and rapid candidate qualification in a fast-paced legal staffing environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a KPI-driven environment, can manage large candidate pipelines, and is motivated by hitting aggressive production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Prospecting

  • Proactively source and identify attorneys through:
    • LinkedIn
    • Bar directories
    • Legal networks
    • Referrals
    • Recruiting databases
  • Build and maintain a large national pipeline of qualified appearance attorneys.

High-Volume Recruiting

  • Manage high volumes of outreach, screening, and onboarding conversations.
  • Conduct initial qualification calls with prospective attorneys.
  • Evaluate attorney experience, geographic coverage, and reliability.

Pipeline & Relationship Management

  • Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline within internal systems.
  • Follow up with prospects to convert interest into active network attorneys.
  • Build long-term relationships with attorneys to support ongoing coverage needs.

Performance & Metrics

  • Meet or exceed weekly recruiting and activation targets.
  • Track recruiting performance including:
    • Prospect outreach volume
    • Conversion rates
    • Activated attorneys
    • Geographic coverage gaps
  • Maintain strong data accuracy and recruiting documentation.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with Operations and Coverage teams to identify priority markets.
  • Help fill coverage gaps quickly through targeted recruiting.
  • Communicate attorney availability and onboarding status.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume sourcing.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach skills.
  • Ability to manage large candidate pipelines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven production environment.
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

Preferred

  • Legal recruiting or legal industry experience.
  • Experience sourcing professionals or independent contractors.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour-based on experience 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, this position is full-time in Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado.
