* Job Summary
* The Healthcare Transformation Center (TC/HTC) Project Coordinator role involves driving CDW solution development projects within Healthcare Transformation Centers. This is achieved by collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders, as well as technology partners, to support solution design, validation, and integration into the CDW sales process. The aim is to facilitate growth within the healthcare segment and position CDW as a preferred partner in the market. The role includes assisting the Healthcare Transformation Center team at CDW in coordinating activities and projects with technology and clinical partners to address healthcare challenges.
* What you will do
* Working with the TC Function leads to facilitate the appointment of relevant individuals to project teams
* Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget
* Managing third party contributions to the project
* Managing Communications with project stakeholders at all levels
* Managing Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies to the project's successful outcome
* Reporting the progress of the project at regular intervals to the Technology Center team or other governance bodies as defined
* Managing the project scope through effective Change Management throughout the project lifecycle, escalating and highlighting to relevant parties for resolutions, as necessary
* Managing and reporting on the project's budget, expenditure, and costs against delivered components and outcomes as the project progresses.
* Develop strong working relationships and work closely with additional internal teams outside of the TCs and TC partners as required
* Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes and to identify and capture lessons learned to enable continuous improvement.
* Pro-actively identifies training, certifications and development needs as required for personal development
* Assist with planning and executing client or partner briefings hosted at the TCs
* Attends Customer and Partner TC meetings, business reviews, and industry days, as needed
* Coordinate partner participation in the centers to develop specific solutions addressing real needs outside of traditional technology infrastructure
* Coordinate with TC leads and other areas within CDW to develop the solution package to include services, logistics and other capabilities, as appropriate, for solutions selected as CDW offerings
* Coordinate calendaring between locations, partners, briefings, and operational activities.
* Assist with ordering and tracking materials needed for project execution and daily operations
* Inventory management of supplies and periodic automatic replenishment (PAR) management
* Work with CDW AP and ordering team to place orders through CDW and their suppliers as well as working with AP team to set up new suppliers for payment
* Articulates value proposition to sellers, partners and customers
* What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree
* 2+ years experience in coordinating teams in outcome-based delivery projects
* Travel to CDW Transformation Centers on as needed basis
* Travel up to 30% Preferred skills, experience and qualities needed
* Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
* Proven knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation strategies
* Skilled at identifying, solving, and proactively mitigating potential issues
* Effective relationship-builder with internal and external stakeholders to capture key requirements and respond to business needs
* Practical, hands-on experience applying project management methods in real-world settings
* Demonstrates enthusiasm and motivation to achieve individual, team, departmental, and organizational goals
* Proven leadership skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities
* Positive attitude with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively- a true team player
* Skilled at balancing time, cost, and quality to drive successful outcomes
* Quickly evaluate information, identify key issues, and apply sound judgment to make decisions
* Builds productive and respectful working relationships across teams and departments
* Maintains composure and delivers results under pressure, taking ownership of outcomes
* Communicates openly, honestly, and with attention to detail- even in high-pressure situations

* Works independently and collaboratively toward shared objectives
* Previous experience with ServiceNow
* Experience with Agile approaches
