* Job Summary
* The Senior Business Analyst applies the necessary technical breadth and business acumen to develop successful CDW ServiceNow strategy and solutions to meet the needs of the business. They work collaboratively with a multitude of stakeholders across all areas of the enterprise to help understand and translate business needs, advise on technical solutions, and provide recommendations. They work with solution architecture and project leadership teams to design, document, and promote maintainable solutions that meet client requirements. * What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field and 7 years of experience in identifying and documenting business needs and specifications using business analysis and system design techniques;
* OR
* 11 years of total Information Technology experience, including 7 years of experience in identifying and documenting business needs and specifications using business analysis and system design techniques.
* Experience as either a Process Owner or Product Owner in a ServiceNow environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all coworkers and stakeholders, including Global coworkers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
* Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
* Conversational familiarity with ITIL.
* Demonstrated work experience in process definition including facilitation, process documentation, change control, and process improvement.
* Ability to effectively facilitate and lead meetings, tailoring messages to the given audience
* Effective in evaluating information, identifying risks and opportunities, while possessing creative problem-solving skills with an understanding of business concepts and models.
* Proven ability to elicit project and system requirements.
