monday.com is looking for a Head of Workplace Operations to join the Workplace team and take responsibility and ownership of our Tel Aviv offices operations.
You will lead Workplace teams and projects to create and maintain a pleasant, aesthetic & functional work environment, inspiring our employees and ensuring that they experience a high level of organizational effectiveness, safety and fun.

About The Role
- Lead the planning, coordination, and management of workplace facilities operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and oversee the annual workplace operations budget, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform workplace decisions
- Develop and implement strategies for workplace operations that support the company's growth
- Lead and mentor a team of workplace facilities staff, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations.
- Oversee team training and development to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Collaborate with real estate and design teams on space planning, office layouts, and furniture arrangement.
- Manage and track the budget for workplace facilities, ensuring expenditures are within financial guidelines.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of office spaces, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, elevators, and other critical infrastructure.
- Lead projects related to office moves, expansions, and reconfigurations to optimize workspace utilization.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety standards are met.
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and outsourced service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective service delivery.
- Monitor the office environment to ensure comfort and safety, addressing employee concerns promptly.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in facilities management or workplace operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, managing workplace teams.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale office environments, overseeing budgets, and optimizing resources.
- Strong knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
- Adaptable and proactive in handling unexpected challenges.
- Collaborative, with a focus on delivering a high-quality workplace experience for all employees.
