In this critical leadership role, you will act as both a strategic people manager and a senior execution leader, driving the delivery of complex, cross-functional security and technology initiatives.

Reporting to the CISO / CIO, you will partner closely with leaders within the CISO / CIO team, and across key Wiz functions such as Engineering, Product, Legal, and Go-to-Market. As a "player-coach," you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a world-class team of Technical Program Managers while simultaneously rolling up your sleeves to lead high-stakes programs yourself.

WHAT YOU’LL DO & WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Leadership & Team Development: Proven experience recruiting, mentoring, and supporting a high-performing team of Program Managers, fostering a culture of execution, empathy, and technical excellence.
  • Hands-On Program Execution: Demonstrated ability to execute TPM work as a senior leader—owning end-to-end program strategy, roadmap development, and milestone tracking for critical security and IT initiatives.
  • Cross-Organizational Impact: 10+ years of experience establishing and leading large, complex, cross-organizational initiatives within security engineering, security operations, and technology.
  • Engineering Partnership: Proven experience working effectively as a bridge between security and engineering-focused teams to align on strategy and to drive work forward.
  • Global Collaboration: Ability to work and communicate effectively across diverse, globally distributed, and international teams, aligning workflows across different time zones and functional areas.
  • Security & Infrastructure Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience leading programs in security engineering domains (such as vulnerability management, identity and access, and cloud security), and technology (such as vendor portfolio management, budgeting, and effective adoption of AI solutions)
  • Executive Alignment: Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve as the executive point of contact for major security and technology programs.
