Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Market Growth:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive Cadillac EV market share and achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Identify opportunities to grow penetration in the EV market, leveraging market insights and consumer trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, finance) to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Lead, manage, and oversee operations across multiple D2C locations in Germany, ensuring seamless execution of Cadillac's premium customer experience.
- Optimize D2C performance by fostering collaboration between sales teams, enhancing processes, and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain best-in-class retail environments that reflect Cadillac's brand values and vision.
- Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and ensuring continuous development through coaching and mentorship.
- Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring teams consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Own the P&L for the German market, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Establish robust sales forecasts, budgets, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability. - Continuously improve operational efficiency across sales processes, ensuring alignment with Cadillac's premium positioning.
- Represent Cadillac Germany in interactions with key stakeholders, including internal executives, external partners, and local market leaders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the automotive or EV sectors."
- Proven track record of driving growth in competitive, customer-centric environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-location teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent financial and operational acumen, with experience in managing P&L and delivering KPIs.
- Experience in D2C retail models or similar customer-focused environments.
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainability.
- Familiarity with the German automotive market and consumer behaviors.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and motivate diverse teams toward shared goals.
- Strategic Thinking: Sharp analytical skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges in a fast-paced market.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer behaviors and expectations in a premium market.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in German and English.
- Results-Oriented: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability: Agile in navigating market dynamics, competition, and organizational changes.
