Position Summary
The Head of Product is responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of Resolve Tech Solutions' Juno Labs portfolio and future AI-enabled offerings. This role serves as the business owner for the Juno platform, partnering closely with executive leadership, engineering, architecture, sales, marketing, customer success, and clients to align product investments with market opportunities, customer needs, and company growth objectives. The Head of Product leads product discovery, portfolio governance, and roadmap prioritization while establishing scalable product management practices that support innovation, adoption, and long-term growth. This leader leverages customer insights, market intelligence, and performance data to drive product decisions and ensure successful execution throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, portfolio priorities, and go-to-market plans for the Juno Labs portfolio
Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and product teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
Establish product management processes, governance structures, prioritization frameworks, and lifecycle management standards
Partner with executive leadership to develop business cases, pricing strategies, investment recommendations, and product priorities
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer discovery, and stakeholder engagement activities to validate product direction and identify growth opportunities
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, AI, and Delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions
Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, emerging technologies, and innovation initiatives
Define product success metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision making
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support product positioning, adoption, retention, and growth
Champion customer-centric product development and ensure alignment between customer needs, market demand, and business objectives

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
Minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Product Leadership, or related disciplines required.
Minimum five (5) years of experience leading Product Managers, product teams, or product organizations required.
Demonstrated success developing and executing product strategies, roadmaps, commercialization plans, and product-market fit initiatives for enterprise software, SaaS, AI, cloud, healthcare, or technology products required.
Demonstrated success building, scaling, or transforming product organizations and operating models required.
Experience serving as the business owner for a software, platform, SaaS, AI, or technology product portfolio required.
Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Architecture, AI, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business functions required.
Experience leading AI-enabled product initiatives, including solutions leveraging machine learning, large language models (LLMs), analytics, automation, or emerging technologies preferred.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, product analytics, pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and portfolio management required.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, operational considerations, and commercial objectives required.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills required.
