Role Summary

The Head of Product Management will lead and scale Blackpoint’s product management function. You will develop and execute product strategies, create the roadmap, and partner cross-functionally to deliver cybersecurity solutions built for MSPs.

Reporting to the Chief Technical & Product Officer, you will shape Blackpoint’s product portfolio and deliver its outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced product leader who can be both hands on and strategic and whothrives in fast-growth, mission-driven environments.


Key Responsibilities
• Develop, evolve and drive portfolio strategy across Blackpoint’s product portfolio.
• Perform market, competitive, and customer analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize investments.
• Lead the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch adoption.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, SOC, and Data Science to execute roadmap commitments.
• Prioritize and plan features based on business impact, customer value, platform scale, and global expansion needs.
• Establish KPIs for product performance (adoption, NPS, engagement, retention, ARR contribution).
• Maintain direct relationships with MSP partners to deeply understand their operational workflows and challenges.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to ensure strong product enablement and adoption.
• Champion a “partner-first, MSP-first” mindset across the business.

• Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing global product management team.

• Establish product processes, operating mechanisms, decision frameworks, and roadmap governance.

Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of product management experience in SaaS & Cybersecurity, with 5+ years leading teams at a director level.

• Demonstrated ability to launch and scale complex SaaS & Cybersecurity products globally.

• Solid background in cybersecurity including MDR, SOC, EDR, threat detection, and cloud security with broad, overall knowledge rather than deep expertise in every area.

• Demonstrated strength in customer engagement and relationship-building.

• Cross departmental experience and desire to obtain feedback across the company (Sales, marketing, engineering, etc.) and customers, with the ability to compile feedback and develop the ultimate solution.

• Humble leadership with the ability to drive solutions for complex products.
• Experience with the MSP space being a true champion for customers.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments (100–500+ employees).
