Mission – Why we exist, what we do, and why we need you
SpotMe is a leading B2B event platform that helps enterprises increase the impact of their events by delivering CRM-connected, high-quality experiences across in-person, virtual, hybrid events, and webinars. With a strong focus on life sciences, SpotMe powers Onomi: an HCP engagement product that enables medical and commercial teams to run impactful congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and webinars.
As Head of Marketing reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the execution engine driving our Onomi/life sciences pipeline growth. This is a hands-on role where you'll directly implement campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, and operate our marketing systems to deliver measurable pipeline results that directly impact our #1 company objective.
What you will be doing most of the time
- Campaign execution and optimization (40%) - Building, launching, and refining marketing campaigns across multiple channels with a focus on account-based approaches.
- Event marketing and ABM execution (30%) - Planning tradeshows, leadership events, tech partner collaborations, client events, and our flagship OCE webinar series while executing targeted campaigns for our 500 life sciences accounts.
- Reporting and marketing systems administration (15%) - Managing HubSpot, Salesforce integrations, and marketing tech stack operations; board and executive team reporting.
- Team coordination and vendor management (15%) - Working with in-house event manager and paid marketing specialist while managing external design, development, SEO, and strategy resources.
Key objectives
- Implement funnel optimizations across event marketing and digital channels that increase overall lead-to-opportunity conversion.
- Increase monthly qualified Onomi leads through integrated event marketing, ABM campaigns, and digital optimization.
- Grow Onomi/life sciences marketable audience.
- Grow new/expansion ARR Onomi/life sciences marketing pipeline.
What we are looking for
- Event marketing and ABM expertise - You have personally executed B2B event strategies and account-based campaigns at scale. You can plan tradeshows, coordinate partner events, manage webinar series, and build targeted campaigns for hundreds of named accounts.
- Hands-on campaign execution - You are energized by rolling up your sleeves to create landing pages, write email sequences, and launch integrated campaigns. You prefer doing over delegating and can move from strategy to live campaign in days, not weeks.
- Team and vendor orchestration - You excel at coordinating internal team members while managing external agencies for design, development, and strategy. You get maximum output from diverse resources while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Data-driven optimization - You obsess over conversion metrics and can quickly identify what is working and what is not. You run experiments methodically, measure results precisely, and make decisions based on data rather than opinions.
- Product-centric marketing - You dive deep into product functionality to create compelling marketing assets. You do not need product teams to explain features - you figure it out yourself and translate technical capabilities into customer benefits.
- Vendor and agency management - You have a proven network of marketing contractors, agencies, and tools. You know how to evaluate, onboard, and get maximum output from external resources while keeping costs controlled.
SpotMe recruits, compensates, and promotes regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, parental status, or veteran status.
