Director, Consultant Relations

Reports To: VP, Employer Partnerships

We are seeking a Director, Consultant Relations who will play a pivotal role in Oshi Health’s growth by developing and expanding strategic partnerships with top consulting firms (Aon, WTW, Mercer, Lockton, Alliant, and more), and navigation platforms (e.g. Quantum, Accolade, Teladoc). You will be responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategy through partnerships, driving revenue, and managing relationships with our key partners. This role will require a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong track record of building high-impact partnerships in the healthcare industry.

What You’ll do:

  • Benefits Consultants:
    • Develop mindshare and trust by positioning Oshi as a GI care thought leader
    • Support employer sales to gain better access to consultants through introductions, meetings, and content
    • Build a meaningful pipeline via consultant relationships that employer sales can drive to successful close
    • Work with marketing to develop meaningful content (e.g. webinars, microsites, case studies, white papers) and outreach strategy for consultant audiences
    • Identify clinical subject matter experts within consultant organizations to establish understanding and belief in Oshi’s model so that they can become internal advocates for Oshi
    • Develop business reviews by partner that can be be “plugged in” to conversations with consultants across the country
    • Explore preferred partnerships where possible and build them well to establish clear objectives and win-win outcomes
    • Own consultant pipeline and results: drive pipeline growth, enable partners to bring Oshi prospects and help onboard new customers
    • Help shape Oshi’s go-to-market strategy; partner across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to be a unified presence with benefits consultants
  • Navigation Platforms:
    • Manage and optimize existing partnerships (Quantum Health, Teladoc, Accolade)
    • Effectively build pipeline within these channels, communicating the value proposition of the partnership
    • Feature established clients via webinars, case studies, video clips and support employer partnerships by targeting prospects linked to these partnerships
    • Identify and guide the pursuit of new strategic partnerships (e.g., Included Health, Amwell, COE platforms).

Results you will drive:

  • Increase awareness and engagement within consulting firms & benefits navigation companies
  • Collaborate with our Employer team to drive significant revenue growth through effective management and expansion of existing partnership
  • Build and enhance relationships with executive decision-makers in partner organizations
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new partnership opportunities

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 10+ years of experience in channel partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of managing high-value partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare sales dynamics, particularly in the digital health and telehealth sectors.
  • Expertise in leading cross-functional teams to execute successful go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Existing deep network with consultants and other stakeholders nationally
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at the executive level.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A passion for transforming healthcare and improving outcomes for patients.

While the salary range provided outlines the potential earning scope for this role, final offers are tailored to each candidate's expertise, contributions, and alignment with internal equity among peers in similar roles. Oshi utilizes the entire compensation range, and we expect candidates offered positions with our company to fall widely throughout the range.The candidate we hire may have more experience (or less) than what is outlined in this job description. If that’s the case, an updated level and salary range will be shared during the hiring process.

Compensation Range
$165,000$195,000 USD
