About MirrorWeb
MirrorWeb is an intelligent communications supervision platform built for regulated financial services firms that need to scale supervision safely, defensibly and without operational collapse.
Compliance teams today are dealing with a permanent shift: channel explosion (mobile, social, collaboration tools), volume that outpaces humans and regulators who didn't lower the bar. The result is simple: teams are drowning in data but starving for signal.
Most firms get stuck between three flawed options:
- Legacy archiving & supervision platforms (manual, queue-based, connector-centric, brittle, slow to adapt)
- Point AI compliance tools (narrow, opaque, hard to defend in audits)
- DIY + services-heavy approaches (stitched-together systems and spreadsheets that don't scale)
MirrorWeb was built for this moment: AI-native supervision designed for regulated reality — where AI helps prioritise risk and focus human attention, while preserving accountability regulators accept.
Our mission: help regulated firms communicate freely and confidently, knowing supervision stays scalable, defensible, and auditable as the world changes.
Why this Role Matters
At MirrorWeb, roles aren't about shipping tasks. They're about building a platform that compliance leaders can stand behind in audits and regulatory scrutiny, while helping them modernise without increasing risk.
Channel partnerships are central to how MirrorWeb scales revenue without scaling headcount. The Head of Channel Partnerships owns the full partner ecosystem — sourcing, activating, and growing relationships that extend our reach into regulated markets we can't access direct alone.
Our existing channel motion has proven the model works — channel deals close faster and convert at nearly double the rate of outbound. We're hiring this role to replicate that success across new partner types — particularly compliance consultancies and RIA-focused MSPs — as we shift upmarket toward higher-ACV deals.
What success looks like in 6–12 months:
A structured, active partner network of 10–15 partners delivering partner-influenced ARR.
New partner segments — particularly compliance consultancies (Oyster, RIA in a Box, etc.) and RIA-focused MSPs — recruited and activated with measurable joint pipeline.- Enablement programmes in place so partners can demo, position and sell MirrorWeb without leaning on our team.
Partner portal and deal registration system built and operational.
The Role
Title: Head of Channel Partnerships | Team: Sales | Reports to: CRO | Location: Remote US (~25% travel for partner events, SKO, etc.)
You will own MirrorWeb's channel partner strategy end-to-end: identifying and landing new partners, managing and growing existing relationships, and building the infrastructure (enablement, training, joint GTM) that makes partners genuinely productive. You'll work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure partners have what they need to win.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the channel pipeline: manage your partner book, maintain accurate forecasts, and consistently exceed quota.
- Grow and manage the existing partner network — ensuring strong relationships, effective joint sales execution, and partners who are enabled to close without hand-holding.
- Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners — with particular focus on compliance consultancies and RIA-focused MSPs — to expand MirrorWeb's reach in regulated financial services markets.
- Build and run enablement programmes: product training, sales resources, objection handling and competitive positioning so partners can sell confidently.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to align partner activity with MirrorWeb's GTM motion and pipeline targets.
- Define and track partner performance metrics — revenue contribution, pipeline generation, activity — and use data to prioritise your time and resources.
Build partner infrastructure from scratch: partner portal, deal registration system, tiered enablement program, co-marketing playbooks, and certification program.
What You'll Need
Must-Have
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying channel sales role, selling a SaaS product.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems — not just inheriting them.
- Experience recruiting and enabling MSPs or similar indirect sales partners.
- Strong commercial instincts: you manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and know how to drive urgency in a channel motion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — credible in front of partner executives and internal stakeholders alike.
- Ability to operate with autonomy, manage competing priorities, and thrive without a large support function around you.
US-based with ability to travel ~25% for partner meetings and events.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into regulated financial services (broker-dealers, RIAs, banks, asset managers).
Bachelor's degree (Finance-related preferred).
Familiarity with the compliance technology landscape (Smarsh, Global Relay, etc.) and existing partner network in financial services.

- Signal over noise — we focus human effort on what matters, internally and for customers.
- Fast pace, high standards — we move quickly because the market demands it, and we hold the bar because trust demands it.
- Ownership culture — we value people who take responsibility, drive clarity, and close loops.
- One team across Austin & Manchester — we collaborate well across time zones and operate like adults.
