About this Position

Due to growth, Net at Work Employer Experience/HCM Practice is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join the organization.   The Job will report to the Director of Sales and work closely with our business unit leader to forecast and exceed our new business sales goals. In this role you will manage Account Executives in a highly competitive and dynamic market.


Job Responsibilities

  • Focus on new client acquisition in a growth business unit.
  • Coach, manage and mentor business sales team.
  • Monitor and deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by business unit.
  • Owns new business pipeline and forecast of new business sales.
  • Refine and optimize new business sales process.
  • Ensure Net at Work standards of practice are executed within the sales team.
  • Work with practice leadership, marketing, BDR’s and AE’s to ensure programs, goals and quality metrics are achieved for demand generation.
  • Actively participate in selling activities for key deals including but not limited to negotiations and closing business.
  • Manage and develop publisher relationships.
  • 30% travel required.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or Business Administration required (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales management preferably complex technology
  • Must have 3 years’ experience using and managing teams and opportunities within HCM Solutions
  • 5+ years’ experience in direct or outside complex technology sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Exceptional verbal and writing communication skill

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $130,000-$150,000.

This position is also eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
