What is the opportunity?:
We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent GTM Technical Operations Advisor to serve as the business owner of Omnissa’s go-to-market technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and operational strategy for platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ, Conga, Clari, Lean Data, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Commission tools, and others. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Renewals, IT, and external vendors to ensure our systems are optimized to support forecasting, pipeline management, deal management, renewals, campaign execution, lead lifecycle, and data integrity.
This is not a system admin role—it is a strategic leadership position focused on business process enablement, platform governance, and cross-functional execution. Here’s more:
Strategic Ownership of GTM Tech Stack
- Define and own the business strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for core GTM platforms (Salesforce, CPQ, Clari, Lean Data, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Commission tools, etc.).
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and enhancements to support evolving GTM needs.
- Lead vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and platform performance reviews.
Sales & Marketing Process Enablement
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to design scalable processes for forecasting, pipeline management, lead routing, campaign attribution, and opportunity lifecycle.
- Ensure systems support enterprise sales motions, ABM strategies, and multi-touch campaign execution.
- Translate business requirements into platform capabilities and configuration needs.
Cross-Functional Program Leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve GTM efficiency, including territory planning, funnel optimization, and data enrichment.
- Collaborate with IT and system admins to ensure technical implementation aligns with business goals.
- Drive change management, training, and adoption across global teams.
Data Governance & Reporting Strategy
- Define data architecture and governance standards across GTM systems.
- Ensure data integrity, completeness, and usability for reporting and analytics.
- Partner with BI and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights and executive dashboards.
Forecasting & Pipeline Visibility
- Own the business configuration of Clari and Salesforce to support accurate forecasting and pipeline health tracking.
- Define opportunity stages, forecast categories, and deal health indicators in collaboration with GEO leadership.
- Ensure visibility and accountability across regional and segment-level forecasts.
Marketing Technology Integration
- Align Marketo programs, lead scoring, and campaign tracking with CRM and sales processes.
- Ensure accurate lead-to-account matching, campaign attribution, and funnel reporting.
- Partner with Marketing Ops to optimize campaign execution and performance measurement.
What will you bring to Omnissa? (List required / preferred skills)
8–12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Sales Ops, with deep exposure to enterprise GTM systems.
- Proven success owning business strategy and execution for platforms like Salesforce, Clari, Marketo, Lean Data, Commission tools, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales and marketing processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, lead lifecycle, and campaign attribution.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Technical fluency in CRM architecture, data models, and integration frameworks (no coding required, but ability to partner with technical teams is essential).
