Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $200B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.
About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager of Content to join Dandy’s Growth Marketing team. This role will serve as the creative engine behind many of our marketing efforts – driving content strategy, creative direction, and execution across a variety of brand and growth channels.
You’ll drive the development of compelling, high-performing content that communicates Dandy’s value, strengthens our brand, and fuels growth across paid social, email, direct mail, events, organic social, integrated campaigns, and more. You’ll support the management of members of our creative team, freelancers, and external creative agency partners to drive content that converts. You’ll also partner closely with channel leads, product marketing, and customer marketing to bring bold, cohesive, creative ideas to life.
If you’re equal parts creative strategist and operational leader who thrives turning complex ideas into content that deliver results, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact at the intersection of brand and growth.
What You'll Do
Lead and evolve Dandy’s content strategy across key growth marketing channels, with a specific focus on direct mail, photo/video content, paid media, and developing new content formats – ensuring every asset aligns with brand goals and delivers measurable business results.

Manage and mentor high-performing creative team members, and freelancers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
Partner cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing to align content strategy with insights, positioning, and business objectives.
Analyze creative performance to identify insights, test new ideas, and continuously improve content effectiveness across channels.
Translate complex industry topics into engaging creative concepts and storytelling that resonate with dental professionals.
Uphold high standards for design, storytelling, and execution, ensuring every asset reflects Dandy’s commitment to quality, innovation, and clarity.
