Role Overview
ServiceCore is scaling its revenue organization and hiring a GTM Engineer to serve as the dedicated builder for our AI-powered go-to-market motion. You will design, build, and ship AI-powered agents and workflow automation that directly accelerate our go-to-market teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager of RevOps, this is an individual contributor role. You'll take a GTM organization with strong fundamentals and build the architecture and execution of systems that fundamentally change how we work. This looks like maintaining clean data, creating trusted reporting, launching repeatable processes, and building AI-powered workflows that make selling faster and smarter. You’ll be the dedicated builder of this function, defining what an AI-powered GTM motion looks like at ServiceCore and holding real accountability for making it work. This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing hybrid office/WFH team based in Denver, CO.
Roles and Responsibilities
To build and operationalize the AI infrastructure behind our go-to-market motion, you will:
Design and Build AI-powered GTM systems
- Shape how AI shows up in the sales and demand generation motion. Roll out and drive adoption through tools that reduce manual work and sharpen rep efficiency.
- Use Gong intelligence, Clay enrichment, Claude, and AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive work and improve outreach quality and timing.
- Build reusable AI workflows and agents that allow the team to self-serve on pipeline reporting, deal review prep, forecasting, and SDR outreach without manual effort
- Apply LLM capabilities, prompt orchestration, and agentic frameworks to reduce repetitive work and surface stronger signals for reps and leadership
Own the GTM tech integrations
- Build and evolve integrations across our core GTM stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clay, Chili Piper, and HubSpot
- Design enrichment pipelines and data flows that feed GTM systems with the right context at the right time
- Set standards for how automations connect to our systems and evolve them as our AI footprint grows
Partner with the GTM team to prioritize and deliver
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX to scope and prioritize what gets built, ensure alignment, and drive adoption
- Bring technical judgment to tool and framework evaluations
- Maintain process documentation, playbooks, and SOPs so new reps ramp faster and the team scales without losing consistency.
- Stay current on emerging AI models, automation tooling, and orchestration platforms, and bring the best ideas back to the team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a technical revenue operations, sales systems, or GTM engineering role
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks
- Working knowledge of AI models, LLM applications, prompt orchestration, and AI-driven workflow design
- Experience with automation and orchestration platforms such as Zapier, custom API integrations, or MCP servers
- Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, reporting, and object relationships
- Experience with modern GTM tooling, including Gong, Clay, Hubspot, and Outreach
- Strong judgment, a bias for action, and the ability to bring recommendations to the table cross-functionally
- Demonstrated ability to take a business process and translate it into a working technical system with minimal hand-holding
Work Environment
- Casual, open-office environment
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office for local employees (free on-site parking!)
- Weekly catered lunches on Tuesday (if in Denver)

Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: $115-150K (Dependent on Experience)
- 14 Company Holidays in addition to an Open Time Off policy
