About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and innovative GTM Enablement & Innovation Specialist to redefine how our Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams learn, operate, and achieve peak performance. As a key driver of GTM transformation, you will own the design, scaling, and impact of enablement programs focused on embedding AI-powered efficiencies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Success in this role means revolutionizing our GTM workflows by empowering teams with practical AI applications and innovative learning experiences, leading to tangible gains in productivity, faster onboarding, and more impactful customer engagement. This role is perfect for a hands-on, people-first enabler who can seamlessly move between strategic program design and practical, in-field application and coaching. This position reports directly to the Head of GTM Enablement and will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, GTM Leadership, and Marketing.
Work Environment
> Work Model: Fully remote.
> Work Hours: Standard business hours are generally 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT. Preferably based in Pacific/Mountain/ or Central timezone.
> Work Travel: Infrequent travel - company events, off sites, and the possibility of limited travel to team locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Enablement Design & Delivery:
- Help teams uncover and embrace high-impact ways to work smarter—by scaling existing AI tools, optimizing workflows, and championing new habits across Sales, CS, and Support.
- Build enablement experiences that are practical, engaging, and focused on helping GTM teams reduce manual work, save time, and increase efficiency—whether during onboarding or in day-to-day execution.
- Develop hands-on resources such as prompts, playbooks, workshops, and self-serve guides that show teams how to apply AI in ways that streamline tasks, improve quality, and boost productivity.
- Partner closely with customer-facing teams and their leaders to co-create, test, and refine enablement content that drives real behavior change and measurable outcomes—like faster ramp times, higher tool utilization, and more effective customer interactions.
GTM Innovation & Experimentation:
- Identify opportunities to improve how GTM teams work by simplifying workflows, reducing manual tasks, and helping them get more value from the tools already available.
- Explore creative ways to introduce AI-powered enhancements—whether through prompt libraries, workflow guides, or rethinking how existing tools are used in the field.
- Pilot high-potential ideas with select GTM teams—exploring where AI, automation, or workflow improvements can reduce friction, spark productivity, or reveal unexpected wins.
- Act as a champion of experimentation—encouraging curiosity, learning, and adaptability across the GTM organization without adding unnecessary complexity.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Coaching:
- Partner with GTM leaders to align enablement efforts to our defined customer journey and sales process—reinforcing key methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPICED) and identifying areas where AI can enhance how teams execute across the full bowtie.
- Leverage leadership support to drive change—but operate with independence, curiosity, and initiative to identify high-impact opportunities and act on them.
- Actively participate in external workshops, peer groups, and AI-in-GTM communities to stay plugged into emerging tools, trends, and real-world applications.
Who You Are:
- A strategic enablement professional at heart - passionate about helping customer-facing teams grow, adapt, and perform at their best.
- A hands-on enabler with growing AI fluency - capable of designing practical prompts, workflows, and training that integrate naturally into how teams work..
- A clear and patient communicator who can help non-technical GTM teams understand and apply AI concepts in relevant, actionable ways.
- Grounded and practical—focused on immediate, real-world impact rather than theoretical AI hype.
- Inherently curious and experimental -always looking for new ideas, use cases, and creative ways to drive GTM innovation through enablement.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in GTM enablement, sales, sales strategy, or a closely related GTM-facing role
- Demonstrated experience applying AI tools and methodologies to improve GTM team performance and productivity
- Experience in designing, delivering, and measuring AI-powered workflows designed for customer facing teams.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to teach AI concepts in a clear, practical, and actionable way
- Proficiency in assessing enablement impact using AI-powered insights, reporting tools, or performance analytics.
- Familiarity with established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger)
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Experience rolling out or supporting AI adoption programs within a GTM organization
- Working knowledge of AI copilots or productivity platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gong, Google Workspace tools, etc.)
- Background in enterprise SaaS or other high-growth technology sectors.
- Active participation in enablement or GTM-focused peer groups, forums, or communities exploring AI innovation
Why Join Us?
- Lead the evolution of enablement -shaping how GTM teams learn, operate, and grow through smarter, AI-informed ways of working.
- Innovate and learn every day—join a forward-thinking team that embraces experimentation and encourages creative use of AI to improve how teams work.
