The Role

At Uscreen, we help creators build something that lasts, powering independent video businesses to build sustainable revenue and scale their impact. We're a fast-growing SaaS company, and our all-in-one video membership platform helps creators generate revenue through subscriptions, communities, courses, and live-streamed events across web, mobile, and TV apps.

We're hiring a GTM Analyst to turn our go-to-market data into something Sales and Marketing actually trust and use. Our GTM stack has more connected data than it's ever had: CRM and marketing systems all talking to each other, dynamic lead-scoring models, and inbound and outbound motions aligned with campaigns and touch points. This role is where all of that starts paying off, turning funnel data that used to live in five different spreadsheets into dashboards and insight that drive decisions.

This is a hands-on analyst role with real ownership from day one. You'll own the reporting layer for the funnel, run down the data-quality issues that quietly break it, and be the fast, reliable answer for the everyday questions GTM teams have about their numbers. You'll work closely with Analytics and RevOps leadership, who set the strategic direction and are there for the bigger, more ambiguous asks.

You'll do it inside an AI-native team. We treat AI as a core part of how we work: getting to answers faster, automating what shouldn't take a human, and freeing up time for the thinking that matters.

What You'll Do

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Build the dashboards people actually open. Build and maintain the reports and dashboards that give Sales and Marketing one shared, accurate view of the funnel
  • Own the day-to-day maintenance and iteration of existing GTM reporting as source data, targets, and motions change
  • Help measure the impact of campaigns, experiments, and GTM initiatives so leaders know where to double down

Analysis & Insight

  • Chase down the "why" behind the numbers. Turn open-ended questions into testable hypotheses, dig into the data, and figure out what's actually driving a win-rate shift, a pipeline velocity change, or a campaign's performance
  • Come back with a recommendation, not just a chart
  • Integrate data from CRM and marketing systems into cross-functional analyses

Data Quality & Systems Hygiene

  • Own data hygiene, not just dashboards. Audit CRM fields, lead-routing rules, and scoring logic for drift or gaming, and fix the root cause rather than the symptom
  • Watch adoption, not just performance. Monitor whether new GTM motions and tooling (outbound cadences, routing rules, scoring models) are actually being used as designed, and flag it when they're not
  • Keep the lead-scoring and attribution models honest day to day, flagging when they need retuning

Partnership & Enablement

  • Be the go-to on translating GTM data into insight for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
  • Answer the questions people actually have. Be the fast, reliable answer for everyday funnel-data questions, and know when to loop in Analytics leadership for the bigger, more ambiguous asks
  • Write and talk about data in a way non-analysts actually follow

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years in a GTM-related analytics role (marketing analytics, sales analytics, business intelligence, or similar) with a strong focus on funnel analysis and reporting
  • You can build and maintain dashboards. We use Lightdash and Omni
  • You're comfortable writing SQL within an analytics stack. We use dbt and BigQuery
  • Hands-on experience reporting on CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
  • You're comfortable owning scoring or attribution models day to day: monitoring drift, flagging when they need retuning, not just building the dashboard on top of them
  • You understand both B2B and B2C funnels and the metrics that actually matter in them: MQL/SQL conversion, win rate, pipeline velocity, and where a funnel is leaking
  • You can take a vague question, turn it into a real hypothesis, test it, and come back with a recommendation
  • You use AI tools to move faster, and you know to check the output rather than trust it blindly
  • Eager to build technical depth and grow into a Senior Data Analyst track
  • Comfortable in a remote-first, fast-moving environment with a small team and a wide surface area

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in the creator economy, video, membership, or community software
  • Salesforce and HubSpot in the same stack, with a warehouse behind them
  • Exposure to dbt semantic layers or analytics-engineering practices
  • Experience supporting an outbound motion and the sales engagement tooling behind it (Salesloft, Outreach, or similar)
  • Experience building or maintaining a lead-scoring model end to end
