About The RoleAs our Growth Marketing Manager, AI Buyer Solutions, you will act like a Growth Hacker — driving global go-to-market execution across product, sales, and marketing for our newest product ideas. You won’t just run campaigns; you’ll be responsible for building, testing, and scaling the motions that bring our AI products to market worldwide at lightning speed. From rapid experiments and sales pilots to creating self-service funnels, you’ll roll up your sleeves to make ideas real and accelerate adoption.
In This Role, You Will:Go-to-Market Engineering – 30%
Design and execute rapid experiments globally to test product positioning, customer channels, and growth levers that validate demand.
Build and launch scrappy solutions (landing pages, workflows, lightweight tools) using no-code/low-code platforms or coding to move at startup speed.
Measure and iterate quickly on experiments, scaling the most effective tactics into repeatable GTM motions across regions.
Product-Market Bridging – 20%
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape how AI products are packaged, positioned, and delivered for maximum adoption across global markets.
Translate customer insights into product feedback, ensuring that international market learnings influence roadmap priorities.
Create a global feedback loop between market and product, enabling continuous alignment with evolving customer needs.
Sales Enablement – 20%
Partner with sales teams worldwide to craft pitches, pilots, and collateral that resonate across diverse customer segments.
Develop pilot programs in different markets that validate product-market fit and generate early wins.
Equip the global sales force with tools and narratives that shorten deal cycles and accelerate adoption.
Self-Service Funnel Building – 15%
Design lightweight onboarding, checkout, and trial experiences that empower customers to adopt independently, regardless of geography.
Build and optimize self-service flows that scale globally, prioritizing PLG motions while strategically layering in regional sales support.
Continuously refine funnels using data and experimentation to maximize conversion and speed-to-value worldwide.
Collaboration with Leadership – 10%
Work directly with the GM of AI Solutions to align growth initiatives with overall global business objectives.
Report on growth progress with clarity — sharing metrics, learnings, and recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
Communicate across Product, Sales, Engineering, and GTM teams globally to ensure alignment, accountability, and momentum on growth initiatives.
Hacking & Shipping – 5%
Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from idea to live experiment to scaled GTM motion.
Bias toward speed and scrappiness, making pragmatic trade-offs to move quickly while keeping impact in focus.
Act like a founder — proactively identify opportunities, solve problems, and push initiatives forward without waiting for direction.

3+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, product management, or a hybrid SaaS/startup role.
Proven track record of designing and executing end-to-end experiments that deliver measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate insights, positioning, and results across technical and business audiences.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and sales teams to bring offerings to market globally.
Comfort with no-code/low-code tools, analytics, and (bonus) some coding ability (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
Demonstrated success thriving in ambiguous, high-velocity environments, ideally as part of an early-stage or founding team.
Hands-on experience with B2B SaaS growth marketing or early-stage product launches.
Familiarity with PLG motions and self-service funnel design at scale.
Knowledge of A/B testing platforms, analytics, and growth experimentation frameworks.
Technical literacy — ability to collaborate deeply with engineers or prototype independently.
Passion for AI products and how they reshape industries.
