  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics, product) to ensure campaign execution, measurement, and consistent brand messaging.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize spend and improve ROI.

  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in offline marketing.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.

  • Manage and optimize budgets for all assigned offline channels.

I’ve got the skills… but do I have the necessary ones?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on offline channels.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across linear TV, Connected TV/Over-the-Top (CTV/OTT), satellite radio, podcast, or local radio.

  • Experience managing monthly campaign budgets of $500K+

  • Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and awareness through traditional media

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and tools.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
