Envysion, a Motorola Solutions company and a leading provider of video-based SaaS technology solutions for fast casual restaurants, convenience stores and retail, is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Leader.
Job Description

The Growth Marketing Leader will lead campaign strategy and execution across the full marketing funnel. This role will manage and develop a team of 3 including a content manager, graphic and design manager and marketing specialist while owning the planning, execution, and performance of integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker who can also execute effectively balancing team development with direct campaign ownership. The ideal candidate embraces AI and emerging technologies as core enablers, leveraging them to scale impact, improve efficiency, and drive data-informed decisions across demand generation efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to translate the quarterly goals and objectives into lead and demand generation plans.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 direct reports for Demand Generation and Growth. Establish clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned to pipeline targets.

  • Manage the planning and execution of creative, integrated campaigns to drive demand for our solutions across market segments in strong collaboration with the Sales and Customer Success teams. Marketing channels for campaigns include events, Account Based Marketing with priority brands, content and product marketing. Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Success will be measured by direct pipeline generation.

  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and sales to align messaging and targeting.

  • Translate insights from strategic meetings with leadership and partners into actionable creative briefs for the Growth Team.

  • Build market-segmented growth strategies by leveraging deep product expertise, and partner with Product Marketing to define campaign timelines and priorities.

  • Own relationships with all Paid Media partners. Supervise the Content Manager to plan and leverage these content partner relationships with paid media and other industry partners 

  • Strategize and oversee paid acquisition (PPC, LinkedIn, Google) and email marketing, supervising the Creative, Content, and Digital managers to develop, write, and activate ad campaigns that drive a high-quality pipeline across all target demographics.

  • Own customer lifecycle programs across paid and email channels to increase engagement, turn prospects into customers, and drive revenue expansion with existing clients.

  • Connect business objectives to demand generation, defining KPIs and reporting performance through briefs to leadership to demonstrate ROI.

  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing Operations manager to leverage marketing automation technology for program setup, audience segmentation, targeting, and measurement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in demand generation and / or campaign management.

  • 2+ years of people management experience.

  • Ability to simplify complexity and translate data into actionable insights.

  • Desire to learn on your own and keep up with demand gen and inbound marketing and market developments and best practices.

  • Experience managing successful paid media campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Adwords.

  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.

  • Wordpress experience is a plus.

Target Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. 

Accepting applications between June 2026 and August 2026.

This is a hybrid role that requires one (1) day a week in the Westminster, CO office.
