This Program role specializes in Supply Chain technology, and you will play a pivotal role in driving a large-scale transition to modernize our distribution and logistics technology landscape. This position demands a strategic blend of SaaS solutions and custom development expertise to deliver robust, scalable, and user-centric systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional business stakeholders at an executive level, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and seamless integration of new technologies. You will be at the center of driving a team to manage the multiple program and workstreams while championing initiatives that enhance efficiency, effectiveness in our supply chain operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead transformational change and deliver significant business impact to ensure the core functions of DSG are able to support the dynamic, expanding, and evolving environment at DSG.
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Program Management Leader with proven experience delivering large-scale, complex deployments—particularly within Manhattan systems. This role requires deep expertise in cross-functional transportation and warehouse management, as well as a demonstrated ability to design, refine, and launch integrated supply chain operating models. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading major technology implementations and driving end-to-end supply chain transformations. A strong understanding of both transportation and warehousing operations is essential, alongside mandatory exposure to both business and technology functions.
Exceptional people leadership is critical to success in this role. The Program Management Leader will oversee a team of portfolio managers, program managers, and/or scrum masters—building and leading a high-performing organization focused on execution and impact. Responsibilities include goal setting, talent development, team assignment to key initiatives, and ongoing performance management. This role also includes managing third-party vendor relationships, contracts, and external resources as needed to meet broader staffing and capability needs.
In addition to leading teams, this role plays a key part in aligning multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, and ensuring cohesive program execution across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate excels at influencing across functions, resolving conflicts, and driving alignment around shared objectives. They will also contribute to the evolution of portfolio and program management (PPM) practices across one or more strategic portfolios, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive defined business outcomes.
Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution
Lead execution of digital road map, establishing and managing business
processes, programs, and initiatives, resource allocation, Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs), and governance activities.
Culture of Innovation
Define the execution plan to disseminate innovative capabilities across the businesses, helping people develop these competencies and enabling them to
innovate through solutions such as idea generation platforms, jam sessions, and
hackathons.
Program Risk and Issue Management
Manage identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with one or more complex programs or initiatives, escalating these where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these.
Portfolio Risk and Issue Management
Manage identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints are managed appropriately at portfolio level. Where risks or issues threaten delivery
of the portfolio, develop and agree recovery plans.
Program/Portfolio Planning
Manage the production of program plans, ensuring that all activities are
identified, are appropriately organized and resourced to deliver program
objectives, and comply with the organization's program management framework.
Reporting and Review
Oversee the planning and delivery of review processes across area of responsibility to ensure that key stakeholders are able to evaluate progress and agree on strategic change at appropriate points.
Continuous Improvement
Drive the review of existing operations in area of responsibility and team's to
generate new ideas to facilitate continuous improvement.
Program Assurance
Ensure that program and/or portfolio-level independent assurance reviews are
conducted within defined area of responsibility, taking appropriate action to
resolve issues and ensure high-quality delivery. Foster a business culture which
places value on the principles that underlie program assurance.
Resource Management
Ensure that all programs and initiatives within defined area of responsibility are
appropriately prioritized and resourced to deliver their immediate and long-term
objectives and that these resources are utilized effectively.
Stakeholder Management
Oversee the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement
strategies and plans across the programs and/or portfolios within area of
responsibility to identify relevant stakeholders, to create mutually supportive
working relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate
share of voice at program and portfolio levels.
Program Team Management
Sets direction and work assignments for team members, including providing
leadership in the definition of vision and communicates the outcomes needed
along with providing guidance to achieve outcomes; ensures the continued
growth in the overall capability through training, coaching, and mentoring.
Leadership and Direction
Identify and communicate the actions needed to implement the function's
strategy and business plan within the business area or department; explain the
relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision and values; motivate
people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve local
business goals.

Oversee the development and implementation of a strategy to ensure that

Program Governance
Ensure that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined within area of
responsibility, and ensure compliance with the organization's wider program and/or portfolio management decision-making structures and processes.
Portfolio Management
Initiate and lead the governance and delivery of portfolio outcomes within a
broad area of responsibility, using appropriate portfolio management
methodologies to give assurance that intended outcomes are identified and
achieved.
Budgeting
Drive, develop and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior teammates.
Organizational Capability Building
Evaluate the capabilities of staff within the department to identify gaps and
prioritize development activities. Implement the organization's formal
development frameworks within the area of responsibility. Coach and mentor
others to support the development of the organization's talent pool.
Information and Business Advice
Provide authoritative specialist advice to leadership on the implementation of
policy pertaining to the design and implementation of programs and/or portfolios as well as change initiatives.

members and hold them accountable for achieving these; take appropriate
corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team/personal objectives.
Digital Vision and Strategy
Contribute to the development of the digital road map and key strategic
enablers, designing the workflow and business processes that allow new
applications, products, and services to be rolled out quickly while ensuring that
legacy applications and technology operations are maintained at optimal levels.

10+ years of experience in supply chain management, including 8 years in people leadership roles, overseeing cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements.

Cross-functional expertise in both transportation and warehouse management
