We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house design and marketing team. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing impactful, multichannel marketing campaigns that are both visually compelling and strategically effective. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking creative who stays current on design trends, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a hybrid, full-time opportunity that is based in our office in Denver, Colorado office.

Responsibilities

  • Executing design projects across multiple channels, including web, social media, email, publications, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm, strategize, and develop creative materials such as web pages, event presentations, branding collateral, and marketing assets.
  • Working closely with consultants, bankers, and subject matter experts to translate complex data and ideas into clear, visually engaging materials.
  • Preparing polished digital product pitch presentations for consultants and bankers.
  • Conceptualizing and producing engaging creative content—including written, photographic, and video assets—that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Maintaining brand integrity and consistency across all creative materials by developing and managing standardized Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office templates in alignment with established guidelines, while contributing to the evolution of the firm’s visual identity and brand strategy to ensure design excellence across all client-facing and internal materials.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to external designers and vendors, contributing to the continuous improvement of the firm’s visual standards.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and social media design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Portfolio required showcasing a range of design projects across digital and print media.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and brand alignment.
  • Experience providing creative direction or mentoring team members.
  • Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn and X) and design best practices for digital and print media is expected.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Gamma, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Beautiful.ai, ChatGPT) is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate and synthesize data from multiple sources.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive work ethic, taking initiative, anticipating needs, and advancing projects independently while consistently meeting deadlines.

 

The minimum salary for this position is $70,000, based on experience, plus bonus.
