• Office presence is critical for this role. While we offer hybrid flexibility, this individual will be expected to work in the office in Broomfield, CO Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at a minimum.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support internal creative needs across presentations, digital content, and brand materials. This role is well-suited for an early-career designer with practical experience gained through school, internships, or freelance work who is looking to grow in a professional, brand-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and update corporate slide decks and presentation templates
• Support website maintenance and visual updates
• Create branded digital and print materials for internal and external use
• Assist with light video editing and motion content

• Apply and maintain brand standards across all visual assets
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver clear, polished design work

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of professional related experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and comfort working in Figma
• Familiarity with basic AI design tools and workflows
• Portfolio demonstrating strong layout, design, and brand awareness
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Ability to give and receive direction and constructive criticism in an open, positive, and collaborative communication style
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Willingness to jump in where needed on a variety of design-related tasks
• Fast-learner on a wide variety of product lines and markets
• Work enthusiastically, respectfully, and collaboratively within the department as well as across other departments within the company
• Obsessive attention to detail and organization

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is: $80,000- $90,000 total annual compensation plus additional annual bonus beginning after 1 year of tenure. Offered salary may be based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.
