We're looking for a Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our Marketing team by creating compelling visual assets that elevate our brand across digital and print channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Design engaging email marketing blasts that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
  • Create digital assets for social media, website updates, digital advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Design print collateral including menus, signage, flyers, event materials, and in-store marketing pieces.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support seasonal promotions, restaurant openings, partnerships, and special initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency across all creative assets while adhering to established brand guidelines.
  • Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while meeting project deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain creative files, templates, and brand assets.
  • Submit weekly hours and communicate project progress with the Marketing team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Experience designing marketing emails for platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand identity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with Canva and Figma is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Experience working with restaurant, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands is preferred.
THE DETAILS
  • Part-Time Contract Position
  • Remote
  • Approximately 10–15 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule
  • Pay: $22–$26 per hour, based on experience
  • Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design and email marketing work.
  • Weekly timesheet submission required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates operating as an independent contractor/LLC.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Technical
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience designing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email service providers.
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design software is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Language
  • English required.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Demonstrated experience creating digital marketing assets and email campaigns.
  • Experience supporting restaurant, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands is preferred.
Work Environment
  • Remote contract position.
  • Must be able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Flexible schedule averaging 10–15 hours per week.
  • Occasional virtual meetings with the Marketing team during standard business hours may be required.
