The Grand Format Sales Representative will develop and execute sales strategies for large-format graphics, manage the sales cycle, and build client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Grand-Format Color Sales Executive (Wide-Format Graphics & Visual Solutions)
Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Grand-Format Color Sales Executive to lead growth in our wide-format and large-format graphics division. This role focuses on selling high-impact visual solutions including POP/POS displays, trade show and exhibit graphics, wall murals, banners, fleet graphics, large-format posters, and branded environmental signage.
You will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and positioning ABC Imaging as a leading provider of large-format color printing and immersive brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to win large-format and wide-format color projects across Retail, Advertising, Manufacturing, Fashion, and A/E/C industries
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, needs assessment, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and closing
- Present high-impact visual communications solutions that demonstrate ROI (brand visibility, engagement, foot traffic, conversions, cost efficiency)
- Lead pre-sales discovery to define project requirements, recommending substrates, print methods, finishes, coatings, and installation considerations
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure feasibility, profitability, and on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM activity tracking (calls, meetings, proposals, wins/losses)
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, architects, designers, brand managers, and corporate clients
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to the growth of the grand-format graphics solutions portfolio
Qualifications
- Proven experience in wide-format printing, large-format graphics sales, or visual communications sales strongly preferred
- Background in the A/E/C industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of large-format printing processes, substrates, finishing, and installation methods
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation, and closing high-value deals
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and consultative selling skills
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong professional presence with excellent networking and relationship-building skills
