Operate and maintain large-format and grand-format UV, latex, and aqueous printers (EFI VUTEk, flatbeds, roll-to-roll), support digital cutting/finishing, troubleshoot equipment, adjust press settings for color accuracy, perform routine maintenance, manage materials and inventory, and collaborate with production and prepress teams to ensure quality and timely output.

Sell wide- and large-format visual solutions to B2B clients by developing new business, managing full sales cycles, designing solutions with production teams, forecasting pipeline in CRM, and representing the company at events. Build agency, architect, designer, and brand relationships, mentor junior sellers, and ensure profitable, on-time delivery of POP/POS, trade show, mural, banner, fleet, and environmental signage projects.
