We’re seeking a tech-savvy RevOps / Go-to-Market professional to design and deploy AI-driven, scalable solutions that accelerate revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance speed-to-market.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement intelligent, scalable GTM workflow automations.
Lead AI-first initiatives in lead generation, nurturing, scoring, and management.
Build AI-driven solutions (predictive lead scoring, intent-based segmentation, sales/CS copilots: smart summaries, call analysis, automated follow-ups).
Integrate and maintain automation across core GTM systems.
Prototype AI workflows and agents using low-code platforms and API integrations.
Partner with data teams to connect AI solutions to GTM data sources.
Run experiments and A/B tests to measure impact on funnel performance and productivity.
Replace manual, repetitive processes with reliable AI-powered workflows.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Data Engineering teams to ensure seamless adoption.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
3+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Automation, or related field.
Proven expertise with automation platforms (Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.).
Strong background in GTM systems (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.).
Experience with AI/LLM frameworks (OpenAI, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.).
Skilled in prompt engineering, prototyping AI agents, and API integrations.
Hands-on with AI/ML models and vector databases.
Knowledge of CRM data structures and GTM connectivity.
Familiarity with outbound automation tools (Smartlead, Instantly.ai, HeyReach.io, Octave, Attio).
5+ years of Python and SQL experience.
Experience managing multiple POCs and cross-functional projects.
Understanding software migration and change control processes.
Agile/Scrum development experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English
