We're looking for a Lead GTM Engineer to build out a robust revenue technology ecosystem with Salesforce at its core. This role reports directly to the Head of Revenue Operations and will be instrumental in driving efficiency and growth across our GTM teams.
You'll partner closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, synthesizing their diverse requirements into actionable Salesforce-rooted project plans. The Lead Salesforce Developer. will be in-the-weeds as an individual contributor developing best-in-class solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, but will also mentor and project project leadership to a team of Salesforce Administrators.
This role will be based in our NYC HQ or remote in one of our approved hiring states (see details below). Eastern time zone is preferred, or flexibility to align to Eastern time zone generally. Travel to NYC HQ is expected once per quarter.
In this role, you will- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that support the strategic goals of our GTM teams
- Lead the consolidation of existing revenue technology tools, ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization
- Translate complex business requirements from various departments into clear, detailed Salesforce project plans and technical specifications
- Act as a technical lead and mentor for a team of Salesforce Administrators, providing guidance and fostering their professional development
- Manage the Salesforce development roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility
- Oversee and execute the integration of Salesforce with our current and future revenue technology tools; eliminating tooling redundancies where they exist
- Ensure data integrity and security across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and industry best practices, recommending and implementing new features as appropriate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve overall GTM efficiency
- Fluent in the Art of the Deal: you understand sales and speak the language of sales teams. You are able to build trust by offering insights that solve real challenges and meet key goals
- A Swiss Army Knife: You know how to use tools like Salesforce, Pardot, HighSpot, and Zendesk, as well as programming languages like SQL and Python, to build and maintain the systems that drive GTM strategies
- Big-Picture Thinking: You ensure your technical solutions align with the company’s broader goals, driving growth and operational success.
- A Problem-Solver Through and Through: You thrive on tackling tough challenges involving multiple stakeholders, sometimes with competing priorities
- An Expert Communicator: Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, you help everyone—from marketing to implementation & support—work together smoothly while ensuring that nobody goes unheard
- Always Learning: With AI and technology evolving quickly, you stay curious and flexible, always learning new tools and techniques to stay ahead
On your resume:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in revenue technology, business systems, or a related field
- Experience in project leadership from initial discovery to execution, completion and follow up
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor a team of Salesforce Administrators
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Solution Architect, with a strong track record of designing, implementing and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions - specifically Salesforce CPQ & Apex Classes
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration tools and APIs
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications are highly preferred

Based on the requirements of a specific role, we may prioritize hiring within a commutable distance of our New York headquarters or in another region relevant to that role.
