Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain GMS applications according to client specifications and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Analyze user requirements and provide technical solutions that enhance application performance and usability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Perform regular code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain code quality and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in GMS technologies to recommend improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams to facilitate effective application use.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an application engineer or similar role in GMS application development.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, programming languages, and application architecture.
- Experience with database management and integration of various IT systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
