AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.
What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you will be the primary validator and strategist for our global media data, directly influencing revenue growth by bridging the gap between raw analytics and high-performance marketing execution. You will have the unique opportunity to activate advanced Media Mix Modeling and lead the media activation of CAPI and CRM offline conversions, shaping the future of how Trimble measures and scales digital success across the AECO industry.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Lead the continuous optimization of global paid media campaigns to maximize return on ad spend and overall media efficiency.
Spearhead a strategic A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization program to refine creative assets and enhance the user experience.
Act as the primary validator of media data integrity across Domo, GA4, and Looker Studio to ensure absolute reporting accuracy.
Proactively monitor audience engagement to combat ad fatigue, implementing rapid-response creative rotation and "always-on" strategies.
Collaborate with technical teams to verify tracking implementations via Google Tag Manager and execute advanced CRM offline conversion activations.
Essential Skills & Experience
Expert-level navigation of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Domo for performance auditing and data verification.
Proven track record in managing and optimizing large-scale paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Demonstrated experience in applying CRO principles and running complex A/B testing frameworks to improve conversion funnels.
Strong ability to translate complex performance data into clear, tactical optimizations for cross-functional stakeholders.
Bonus Points For
Experience with Media Mix Modeling (MMM) implementation and agency partner management.
Deep technical understanding of Server-Side Tracking (SST) and Conversions API (CAPI) integrations.
Background in the AECO or construction technology industry.

Location: Westminster, CO or Lake Oswego, OR or Portsmouth, NH (Hybrid - 4 days per week in office)
