BlackRock is currently seeking Operations professionals at the Analyst and/ Associate levels to join our Global Investment Operations team. The GIO team contributes to BlackRock's growth by focusing on the scalability and operational excellence of the Aladdin platform, which supports the company's pre- and post trade middle office services. This diverse function spans:

  • Trading & Market Documentation

  • Transaction Management

  • Collateral Management

  • Payments

  • Asset Recon \ Corporate Action (Asset Servicing)

  • Cash Operations

  • Securities Lending Operations

This role plays an integral part within the organization, interacting with multiple internal and external parties to ensure risk is minimized, processes are efficient, and high levels of client service are achieved in an evolving and dynamic environment.

You could be placed on one of these teams if you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).

  • 0–5 years of proven experience in Financial Services Operations.

  • The ability to analyze and synthesize data in a concise and easy-to-understand style.

  • A strong client and partner service orientation.

  • A strong control/risk mitigation mentality and the ability to apply excellent judgment when raising issues.

  • Proven proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to work directly with clients and across all levels of staff and management.

  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic environment to meet deadlines.

  • A focus on continuous improvement and process innovation.

  • An interest in learning or experience in coding languages (R, Python, Java, CSS, HTML).

For Wilmington, DE Only the salary range for this position is USD$66,500.00 - USD$85,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
