  • Define a small number of sector Digital & Al must-wins that focus investment and execution.
  • Support account leaders, many from non-digital backgrounds, to confidently position Digital & Al differentiation with clients.

  • Actively engage with Sector Leaders and Account teams to identify digital opportunities particularly around digital focus areas.

  • Co-develop and activate strategic partnerships with Digital Intelligence to accelerate differentiation and time-to-market, with a clear preference for commercially available solutions.
  • Oversee the Industry digital product portfolio, tracking progress and timelines, ROI, etc.
  • Develop the digital strategy for prioritized sectors in partnership with Digital Intelligence, Sector and Services leaders.
  • Investment prioritization and portfolio transparency, within Innovation governance.
  • Develop and position human and digital propositions that increase growth and win rates in collaboration with Sector and Account teams
