Manage and architect enterprise GIS and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres) for state DOT clients. Develop scripts, web services, schemas, data validation (Data Reviewer), LRS workflows, and visualization tools using Esri technologies to support Roads & Highways, reporting (HPMS/CPM), QA/QC, and integration across web and mobile platforms.

Lead quantitative hydrogeology projects including conceptual site models, groundwater flow and transport modeling, aquifer test design/analysis, remediation design and oversight, data visualization, technical reporting, mentoring junior staff, and client/regulator coordination. Fieldwork with contaminated media required.

Manage US state and local tax compliance and planning for Arcadis North America, including return review, apportionment, payments, reconciliations, audits, and legislative tracking. Support quarterly IFRS-based tax reporting (IAS 12), uncertain tax positions, and cross-functional tax accounting, while leveraging AI and automation tools and partnering with outside consultants.

Lead the electrical discipline on multiple projects through pursuit, design, and construction. Serve as engineer of record, develop construction-ready drawings, perform site surveys and system studies (arc flash, load, short circuit, coordination), ensure code compliance, use design/modeling software, support proposals, and mentor junior staff.
