Owns financial performance, margin, revenue, backlog, billing, cash, and cost outcomes across a North American client portfolio. Partners with account and delivery leaders on profitable growth, pricing, bids, renewals, forecasting, and commercial risk. Leads project controllers, accountants, and billers; ensures financial controls, reporting accuracy, billing discipline, WIP management, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Leads power system planning and studies for utility and renewable energy clients across North America. Responsibilities include HVAC and HVDC analysis, load-flow, short-circuit, transient stability, interconnection, reliability, and system impact studies. The role manages team resources, oversees quality assurance, develops technical processes, mentors engineers, coordinates projects and proposals, supports client engagement and business development, and ensures compliance with applicable standards and project requirements. Travel of up to 20% is expected.

Lead North America accounting operations (US, Mexico, Canada), ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, FAR/CAS. Oversee month-end close, GL, reconciliations, audits, tax collaboration, cash and AP/AR support. Drive ERP (Oracle Cloud) implementations, process transformation, internal controls, and automation. Manage and develop a 21-person organization, liaise with global finance stakeholders and external auditors.
